Interesting developments today in the Rifqa Bary saga. As we reported here first earlier this month, Omar Tarazi, the CAIR-backed attorney representing the Bary parents, had filed a motion with the Franklin County courts demanding a ban and seizure of all Christmas cards sent to Rifqa.
