Good news for now for Rifqa Bary. She can celebrate Christmas without, for now, being returned to her parents, or to Sri Lanka. Interesting developments today in the Rifqa Bary saga. As we reported here first earlier this month, Omar Tarazi, the CAIR-backed attorney representing the Bary parents, had filed a motion with the Franklin County courts demanding a ban and seizure of all Christmas cards sent to Rifqa.
