28 West Central Boulevard, 4th Floor

WHY DONATE
Rifqa needs your donations so that she receives proper legal representation in her time of need. If you followed this case, you know that those against her, including her parents and the Council on Islamic American Relations (CAIR), are very well funded and use their unlimited funds seeking to deprive Rifqa of her right to worship and live as a convert to Christianity. Rifqa needs the money to pay for the mounting costs incurred by her lawyers, who are representing her, in addition other personal expenses not paid for by the state. Though much of the legal work has been either pro bono (free) or at reduced rates, there are still significant costs to prepare her defense for the forthcoming trail.
WHO GETS THE DONATIONS
All donations to help Rifqa in her legal defense will go to a Trust Fund that has been set up in her name. Please send your check donations to: Rifqa Bary Trust Fund c/o Michael A. O'Quinn, Trustee 28 West Central Boulevard, Fourth Floor Orlando, Florida 32801. This Trust fund is the original and official Trust Fund for Rifqa Bary. If you have any questions, please contact Michael A. O'Quinn at this address. The Florida Security Council supports this trust fund, but is not involved with it and has no say over any of its operations.
RIFQA & FLORIDA SECURITY COUNCIL
The Florida Security Council has been helping Rifqa almost since the day she arrived in Florida, in the summer of 2009. For many years, the Council has been very active in the state of Florida, fighting Islamic terrorism and its political ideology of sharia law, so it was very natural to step in and help Rifqa at her time of need. In fact, Rifqa is a graphic, personal illustration of two cultures in conflict. Though she was born and raised in the supremest culture of theocratic Islam, she has chosen to leave that religio-political system and become a believer in Jesus Christ, thereby experiencing freedom as a Christian. To authoritative Islam, leaving this tribal system is simply not acceptable, as there are severe consequences for all apostates. Thus, Rifqa literally fights, as do we, for her life. If someone rejects this analysis of Islam, all they have to do is take a look at the battle Rifqa faces, simple because she became a Christian.
The Florida Security Council owns and operates the RifqaBary.org web site and continues to help Rifqa in every way possible. The Florida Security Council receives no money from any donations made to Rifqa.
